Your life experience starts with slipping into an aromatic salon robe while you are pampered by your life professional. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for orientation and changing into spa attire. In the unfortunate event that you are late for your appointment, and in consideration of all guests, services will always end at their scheduled time. As a courtesy to fellow customers, and for your own relaxation, we ask that you not bring children unless they are receiving a service.

Cell Phones: For you and our guests’ comfort please turn off your cell phones.

Product Returns and Exchanges: We will gladly accept any retail return for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase and if accompanied by a receipt.

Cancellations: If you must cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy.

Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. Please note that all gift certificates are non-refundable.

Appointment Times: Reservations are preferred, through not always necessary. We do recommend that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving. This will guarantee the availability of your desired services and times.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in spa or salon pricing. Gratuity of 20% is added to parties of 3 or more.
